Terms and Conditions

• Devices must be supported with SAVE-IT Monitoring and have an active maintenance contract to qualify.

• Credits for SAVE customers include one month of maintenance costs as well as one month of monitoring costs.

• Credits are only applied to the specific device in question.

• For customers with a contract in the renewal process, credits will only be granted after the customer signs the renewal offer.
